Valerie Swisher, MS

Clinical Director and Administrative Director

Valerie is a PhD student specializing in OCD research and treatment at Penn State University. She is a board member of OCD Pennsylvania, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and reducing stigma about OCD.  Valerie has published 16 scientific articles to date, mostly relating to OCD and related disorders. Valerie is passionate about helping children and young adults learn evidence-based skills to overcome anxiety and OCD.

Brianna Morrow, LCSW

Clinical Director

Brianna Morrow is a licensed social worker experienced in working with children living with OCD and other anxiety disorders. She believes in using a strengths-based approach, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and play therapy. She is here to help build on your child’s unique strengths and skill sets to help find solutions to challenges currently being faced.

Andy Pitrone, PhD

Administrative Director 

Dr. Andy Pitrone has learned to live courageously with contamination OCD while thriving as an elementary school teacher in the Union City (PA) School District.  Andy uses Exposure and Response Prevention strategies to challenge his own OCD mind and embrace contamination and uncertainty.  He has been a trusted classroom teacher and family advocate for over 20 years.

Felicity Kospiah, Certified EMT

Medical Director

Felicity holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychological Sciences from Penn State University. She is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. She serves with a non-profit ambulance organization, providing compassionate pre-hospital care across medical, trauma, and mental health emergencies. Her work reflects her passion in helping those in need and committment to delivering thorough patient-centered care to all ages during critical moments.
